These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in Become the Tech Girly Experience (the “Experience”), operated by Ashley Alexander, doing business as The Fempowered Professional (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for the Experience or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t register or use the site.
✦ The Experience
Become the Tech Girly Experience is a free, live, 5-day online experience designed to help women entrepreneurs feel confident and self-reliant with the tech in their businesses. It is delivered live online via Zoom, and the specific dates are announced at the time of registration.
Dates, schedule, content, format, teaching, and replay availability may change at our discretion. Replays, if offered, may be available only for a limited time. We’ll do our best to communicate any changes to registered participants.
✦ Registration & eligibility
You agree to provide accurate and current information when you register. The Experience is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Your registration is for your personal use and is not to be shared, resold, or transferred. We may cancel a registration that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.
✦ Tech Girly VIP & payments
During registration you may choose to purchase the optional Tech Girly VIP upgrade (a one-time offer of $47, or two payments of $29). VIP is a digital product that unlocks additional bonuses and materials described on the offer page.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are one-time charges. If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the remaining installment(s) on schedule.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by purchasing, you also agree to that provider’s terms.
- Refunds: All sales for Tech Girly VIP are final and non-refundable. Because VIP delivers digital materials and access immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please review the offer carefully before purchasing.
The Tech Girly School™ membership is a separate, recurring monthly subscription with its own membership terms and billing, which apply if and when you enroll.

The Experience is educational and informational in nature. Any examples, results, income figures, or ideas shared are for illustration only and are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort, skills, circumstances, and the market. We do not guarantee any specific result, income, or level of success.
✦ Intellectual property
All content presented in the Experience and on this site — including videos, slides, workbooks, materials, copy, graphics, designs, and the Tech Girly and The Fempowered Professional branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, screenshot for redistribution, reproduce, resell, or share it without our written permission.
✦ Acceptable use & community conduct
We want this to be a joyful, supportive, drama-free space. You agree not to misuse the site or the Experience, disrupt live sessions or community spaces, harass or harm other participants, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. We may remove or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.
✦ Third-party services
The Experience relies on third-party services — such as our live-session platform, registration and funnel software, payment processor, and community tools — each governed by its own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for the practices or availability of those third-party services.
✦ Disclaimers
The site and the Experience are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or sessions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
✦ Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in the Experience. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the relevant product.
✦ Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or the Experience, or your violation of these terms.
✦ Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or participate in the Experience after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
